If you answered YES to any of these questions... well... you know the deal... join us for this Falls HARVEST 2022!
During this 3-month container we will meet in in-person group sessions to work the songwriting process, explore blocks of sharing our song on stage, learn to transmute the energy of 'stage fright' and the stress and anxiety that comes with performance, learn vocal techniques to strengthen our sound, learn to listen for songs, receive our own music, and create a depth of community with others through this open-hearted process.
We will rehearse with a full band of professional musicians and then perform three times to our community. You will also have the option to work one-on-one with Lauren three times to deepen your creative process.
COVID Protocol: We are still in the midst of COVID without knowing where we will be in the fall/winter! Everyone will be in charge of committing to taking a rapid test before each of our in-person gatherings and PCR tests during our rehearsal/performance window in Nov/Dec. We will be singing inside with ventilation and you are invited to wear a mask if you choose. Having a previous vaccination is mandatory unless you have a medical exemption.
