2016 Shake Up Your Shakti & Get Yo Booty Onstage: now interviewing!

During this 90-day process, we will meet in 6 group sessions to work the songwriting process, explore blocks of sharing our song on stage, learn to transmute the energy of 'stagefright' and the stress and anxiety that comes with performance, learn vocal techniques to strengthen our sound, learn to listen for songs, receive our own music, and create a depth of community with others through this open-hearted process. We will rehearse with a full band of professional musicians and then perform three times to our community. You will also work one-on-one with Lauren three times to deepen your creative process as well as one session with our musical director.
