In this daylong workshop with Lauren Arrow & Naomi Finkelstein, we'll celebrate the arrival of Spring by getting into our bodies with song and intuitive dance exploration. We'll then follow that trail a bit further, and explore the feelings that are unearthed when we pause to tune in and listen. Through community connection, meditation, and journaling, we'll gently explore our feelings about our bodies, learning tools to treat ourselves with more kindness and compassion, and enjoying the relief that comes when we bring light to that which causes shame. This workshop is for anyone who desires to embrace their unique voice and the body in which it is held.

Cost for this daylong retreat is $150 and will be held at Terra's Temple in Berkeley by the Ashby Bart. There are scholarship and work-trade positions available at request. Please contact us using the form below if you have questions or would like to sign up!

About your Hosts:

Having felt awkward, unable to express herself, & terrified of singing for most of her life, Lauren's purpose as a Vocal Guide is to create a safe space for people to explore & open the beautiful gift of their unique voice & to slowly start peeling away the self-judgement, criticism, & shame around open expression. Her business, ProcessSING, allows her to travel around the world, helping bring the joy of song back into people's lives.
